Terms & Conditions

 1. All items are consigned for 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, unsold items must be picked up by the consignor or will be donated.

2. Happy Hangers retains 60% of the sale price. The consignor receives 40% of the sale price.

3. Items must be clean, gently used, and in excellent condition. Damaged, stained, or unsafe items will not be accepted. All items must be age-appropriate for children.

4. Standard items have store-set pricing. Premium / mid-to-high brands (e.g., Janie and Jack, Mini Boden, Hanna Andersson, Tea Collection, Rylee + Cru, Little Sleepies) may be priced higher at the store’s discretion.

5. Items may be discounted to encourage sales.

6. Payments are issued to the consignor after items sell. Unsold items do not earn payment.

7. The store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Items are displayed at the store’s discretion.
